Credentialing:
After accepting a position with PATHS, all providers (medical, dental and pharmacy) must complete a credentialing packet.  PATHS, through a partnership with the Community Care Network of Virginia (CCNV) has worked to streamline this process to the greatest extent possible.  We like to go ahead and offer the packet as soon as possible so that you can get a jump on it.
