Job Description:


Works as part of the patient care team to assist providers and other clinical administrative staff in the provision of primary health care.  Under the direction of the Site Manager and the Clinical Manager, the Patient Screener will embrace the standard and clinical protocols as set forth by PATHS.  Will provide professional, multi-disciplinary support to the providers as well as patients. Works as part of a care team that practices evidenced based medicine in a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.

Candidate must be a dislocated worker due to COVID, 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.

Education and/or experience

A background in a primary health care preferred.


  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take vital signs.
  • Ability to maintain quality control standards.
  • Ability to work with diverse population

Preferred Skills:

Essential Functions

  1. Screens patients for COVID-19 Symptoms takes patient vitals such as temperature.
  2. Collects information on the health status of the patient.
  3. Communicates in an attentive and individualized manner in every encounter.
  4. Documents care provided or procedures performed accurately.
  5. Provides each patient care in a safe, comfortable and private environment.
  6. Sanitizes and wipes down waiting rooms as needed.
