Job Description:

Provides leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure that the PATHS’ organization has the proper operational guidance to effectively operate.  Works closely with the CEO, CCO, CFO and CHRO to insure the strategic plan, goals, and policies and procedures of the organization are met.  Works as part of a care team that practices evidenced based medicine in a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.

 

  1. Conducts needs assessments and gathers data to assess a need for new programs
  2. Supports overall strategic goals of PATHS and identifies potential growth opportunities
  3. Encourages staff participation in meeting the organizations mission and goals
  4. Works with community partners to collaborate on needed services and resources
  5. Oversees any facility projects including renovations, RFPs, and construction along with any associated budgets
  6. Represents PATHS in community meetings
  7. Oversees all PATHS facilities and any problems associated with such
  8. Serves as PATHS’ OSHA and Safety Officer and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator
  9. Manages all maintenance and cleaning personnel
  10. Oversees compliance for all PATHS’ programs

Preferred Skills:

 

Education and/or experience

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.  FQHC and leadership experience preferred.

 

Competencies

  • Experience in program development and implementation; project management; fundraising; facility oversight and partnership building
  • Ability to work independently to meet specific goals.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­
